Rain Power Filtration manufactures high-performance Water Softener Plants designed to remove calcium and magnesium hardness from raw water. Built in SS, MS, and FRP and offered in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes, these systems protect pipelines, boilers, chillers, and RO membranes from scale buildup.

Working Process
- Hard water enters the softener tank and passes through resin bed.
- Calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged with sodium ions.
- Softened water exits from the outlet with reduced hardness.
- After saturation, the resin is regenerated using a brine solution.
- Backwash and rinse cycles remove sludge and excess brine.
- System resumes next service cycle automatically or manually.
