Rain Power Filtration manufactures high-performance Water Softener Plants designed to remove calcium and magnesium hardness from raw water. Built in SS, MS, and FRP and offered in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes, these systems protect pipelines, boilers, chillers, and RO membranes from scale buildup.

Working Process

  1. Hard water enters the softener tank and passes through resin bed.
  2. Calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged with sodium ions.
  3. Softened water exits from the outlet with reduced hardness.
  4. After saturation, the resin is regenerated using a brine solution.
  5. Backwash and rinse cycles remove sludge and excess brine.
  6. System resumes next service cycle automatically or manually.
