Ultrafiltration Plant (UF System)

Rain Power Filtration offers advanced Ultrafiltration (UF) systems that deliver high-efficiency removal of suspended solids, turbidity, bacteria, and viruses without the use of chemicals. Our UF systems are designed with hollow fiber or spiral wound membranes, available in SS, MS, and FRP skid construction, ranging from 1 m³/hr to 100 m³/hr and beyond.

Working Process

  1. Water is first passed through a Pre-Filtration Unit (MGF + ACF + Bag Filter).
  2. The feed pump supplies water to the UF membrane modules at controlled pressure.
  3. UF membranes separate suspended solids, bacteria, colloids, and high molecular weight organics.
  4. Permeate (clean water) is collected through the outlet; retentate is discharged or recycled.
  5. Automatic or manual backwash cycles clean the membranes regularly to maintain performance.
